The Probate and Taxation Department provides specialist advice to individuals, families and trustees regarding all matters involved in the administration of an estate.
Making a Will
We provide a comprehensive tax and estate planning service to individuals when making their will. This enables the individual to implement their personal wishes with regard to the division of their assets whilst at the same time taking the opportunity to maximsing the tax relieves and benefits available.
We will also advise an individual who wishes to make provisions for certain persons such as minor children. In these circumstances the will can be used to create a trust to appoint guardians and trustees over the children to ensure that their welfare is cared for.
