In this rapidly emerging area of practice we advise both employees in the assertion of their rights before the law and employers on their obligations.

We advise clients on the legal issues arising from the recruitment and application process, drafting employment contracts and employment handbooks and reviewing employment policies to take account of legislative and case-flow changes which impact on the workplace. Human resource departments and management teams seek our advice on both general and specific employment management matters, including employer liability, and all forms of employee claims including personal injury and advice on issues such as stress, harassment and equality.

We represent employees and provide advice on all aspects of the dispute resolution process and prepare submissions and attend before Courts, the Employment Appeals Tribunal, Rights Commissioners, the Labour Court, Labour Relations Commission and Equality Officers.
